That's Gamera's freak cousin you don't hear much about. He's the one always wearing a football helmet(s) and cowboy boots and stays in the back bedroom. He crazy.

What's kind of funny is the turtle's name.."Takara" which I gather is the same as the toy company's name. I guess it means "treasure"?
