I have hope (but probably foolish) that BCI/Navarre will be able to pick up Mach Baron. I totally and completely enjoyed Red Baron, just fully grooved on it. I don't have much interest in the upcoming Silver Mask, and sadly Iron King was more goofy and goony (I found myself laughing at it, not with it, not a good sign) but boy o boy did Red Baron really push all the right buttons.

And it pushes those buttons even harder "en espaƱol"!

Courtesy of Patrick, Mach Baron was probably one of the best unsubtitled tokusatsu experiences I ever had.

I can only hope he was wearing his orange and green pantsuit at the time.

The scaffolding with the toy is awesome! I've always wished more robot toys came packed out with that.

Is that Patrick in the top picture?

That scaffolding actually belongs to Bandai's Gunbuster Chogokin, one of the more beautiful of the new-school diecast robot toys:

Sadly, it appears BCI folded, so no Mach Baron. Too bad.
